These people are crooks. We requested service on our AC unit 6 months ago and they “fixed” the issue, only for the problem to return last week. We paid $600+ for that first visit. Then, we called them back and instead of fixing the issue that they did not initially fix and not charging us, they charged us another $700. The tech intentionally worked as slow as possible during the visit, knowing full well they charge by the hour. He initially said our cost would be $300 and then proceeded to spend a FULL HOUR waiting for someone else to bring him a part we specifically said was broken when making the appointment. This led to him re-quoting to the $700 price. We attempted to inform them that this was unfair and they would only agree to bring it down to $610. This is incredibly unethical and we will never be using this company again.
