Tom Manges was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from South Side High School, Hanover College (1989), and Indiana University (Robert H. McKinney) School of Law (1992). He joined Roby & Hood Law Firm, and in 2005, became a named partner resulting in Roby Hood & Manges. This firm, now known as“Manges Law Firm”, only represents people injured or killed through the fault of others. This includes people harmed by vehicles,falls, defective products, in hospitals, in nursing homes, by doctors, by animals, and at construction sites, among others. Tom is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as the Seventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals. Tom is a member of the Benjamin Harrison American Inn of Court (President 2018-19), Allen County Bar Association (ACBA), the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Tom has served on the Board of Directors for the ITLA since 1994. Tom has been named an Indiana “Super Lawyer” since 2009.
